Frequently asked questions

Is the widget free?

Yes. Use it on as many sites as you like, including commercial ones, with no sign-up. We only ask that you keep the O Relógio link below the clock.

Does it work on WordPress, Blogger and Google Sites?

Yes. Paste the code into a Custom HTML block (WordPress), an HTML/JavaScript gadget (Blogger) or Insert → Embed code (Google Sites).

Does the clock handle daylight saving time?

Yes. The time zone comes from the IANA database and the visitor's browser computes the time, including daylight saving and rule changes.

How do I use the clock in an OBS live stream?

Choose the Transparent background, copy the URL for OBS and, in OBS, add a Browser source with that URL, width 320 and height 160 (or larger, keeping the ratio). Only the numbers show over your video.

Does the widget collect data about my visitors?

No. It uses no cookies, no ads and no Google Analytics. It only shows the time.
